My name is Maddie and the CSAC saved me from the Baltimore County Shelter.  I’m not sure how I got there.  One minute I was in the car with my family and the next I was wandering around lost after they stopped the car for a pee break.  I want to believe they called for me and tried to find me, but that I could not hear them because I’m deaf.  I hope that they did not just dump me because I was old.  When I first came into the rescue I was a lost soul and had some trouble relating to people and other dogs.  No one realized that I was deaf at first and no one could understand why I would act out when people and dogs came up behind me.  They scared me and I do not like to be scared, would you?  Because I am old, have skin allergies and my condition upon coming into the rescue, I cost the CSAC a lot of precious money.  The CSAC did not have to save me or work with me to figure out why I was in such emotional distress, but they did.  I would like to repay them for finding my current home and happiness.  Please sponsor me and help other lost souls find a loving and understanding home.
